The baroque trend is going to be seen everywhere this autumn and winter. Reminiscent of vintage wallpaper, Italian Baroque fashion is heavily inspired by Michelangelo’s 16th century works. With conspicuous themes of opulence and decadence, it certainly makes a statement. Stella McCartney, Dolce & Gabanna and Balmain are all infatuated by the baroque print, featuring it in their latest collections. It’s also more and more popular in high street stores too, with the luxurious design featured on bomber jackets, suits and dresses.
