It’s a Sunday and instead of finishing my dreaded college work as I should be I've been rummaging through the ASOS Marketplace and falling in love with too many items! So, I've decided to choose three of my favourite boutiques to mention in this post. ASOS Marketplace is a great little place to find unique items from lovely boutiques, designers and vintage collectors. I’ve never actually bought anything from the Marketplace yet as I've never really had a proper look around but after today it is definitely something I'm going to consider!
I first heard of The White Pepper through their Tumblr – the thing that stood out to me was how they styled their pieces and the minimalist photography.. I remember the first images which caught my eye and made me want to check out more (which I've placed below.) Their street-style photographs really sell the items well! They are London-based and have a collection of vintage and original items which are one of a kind, if you haven’t checked them out already I would suggest you do.
Wanderland are a Manchester-based popup boutique, with items that are both vintage and handmade. The great thing about Wanderland is that their items are affordable and fashionable. I have definitely fallen in love with their jewellery, particularly the rock, paper, scissors ring which is such a cool idea. I think the Wine-coloured velvet shorts are also lovely.
Bird on a Wire "travel the world sourcing and hand selecting unique pieces for the fashion forward, free thinking girl" and this is definitely reflected in their pieces! My favourites are the platform heel boots which are sadly too expensive for me but I love them. The high waisted leather skirt also catches my eye, I like how the items all have a rock & roll vibe to them.
Have you guys ever bought anything from ASOS Marketplace? I'd love to hear some of your favourite boutiques on there : ) Enjoy your Sunday!
